Hi Nick, I had a look around Good Grief, and your articles, could you share more about your CBT, ACT, hospital and hospice experiences? I was trying to see if this is personal lived-experience based sharing or counsellor/therapist trained experienced, or both.

Have a look around Carer Mentor: Empathy and Inspiration, I'd be share your articles, but want to be clear about your 'offering'. Thanks

Hey! Thanks for the questions. My experience was initially rooted in both hospital and hospice settings, providing grief support in acute and extended settings.

In addition to my work as a board-certified chaplain, much of my grief work now is with persons navigating complicated grief, including work with children, where I integrate elements of play and music therapy to aid in their grieving processes. In my additional grief training, I have found elements of CBT to be particularly helpful with people confronting their less-than-helpful

prior coping habits, while I’ve found ACT appropriate and useful when our work includes elements of storytelling and language-development tools I utilize.

Ahhhhaaa! Okay, I know several people I'd like to connect you with and share your articles. Would you consider writing a (what some call a Hero-post) as an intro to your publication? here's an example: https://pubstacksuccess.substack.com/p/how-to-get-more-subscribers-with.

Not everyone will have the time to scroll into your archives and your website. I hope you don't mind these suggestions!
